PostDocs

The promotion of young scientists in the early and middle PostDoc phase has been another focus of the Graduate Academy's work since December 2022. Financed by the strategic funds of the Federal-Länder Program for the Promotion of Young Scientists (Tenure-Track Program), structures and a program for this target group are being established.

The first concrete measures are the operational implementation of start-up funding for young scientists from the TUC research pool, the development of a newsletter format specifically for postdocs, and the planning and implementation of the Young Scientists' Day on November 30, 2023.
