Since summer 2016, doctoral candidates at Clausthal University of Technology have been able to elect their own representatives. The Senate of Clausthal University of Technology adopted the corresponding election regulations on July 12, 2016.
The Doctoral student council (ProV) consists of the two elected representatives from the faculties and their respective alternates, and aims to actively advocate for the interests of doctoral students in the university committees.
It also delegates its members to the Graduate Academy Council.
